The Van Allen Belt – radiation belt is created and exists within the magnetosphere of the Earth and also other planets. Here are electrons and protons with high energy (MeV range). They are captured by the planet’s magnetic field, from the sun and space.
The Van Allen Belt has also been adjusted by negative, destructive extraterrestrial entities (beings) to not let through high-frequency “Soul (self) based information” from more developed civilizations that are not approved by Cosmic Federations in collaboration with the Earth’s Cabal organization (Deep State).
All information originating from other civilizations is therefore controlled and censored by the CIA and various military and civilian intelligence organizations on Earth. This is done via chip implants and satellite surveillance. Therefore, most envoys (messengers) from other civilizations from space are prevented from telling the truth that contradicts the agenda (program) of Earth and certain extraterrestrial groups.

What is the function of the Van Allen belts?
AI explains: The Van Allen belts are zones of trapped, energetic charged particles (mainly electrons and protons) that are held in place by the Earth’s magnetic field.
Main functions:
- Capture and store charged particles from the solar wind and cosmic rays.
- Protect the Earth’s surface by deflecting and attenuating many high-energy particles that would otherwise reach the atmosphere.
- Affect spacecraft electronics and astronauts’ radiation exposure — requires protection and mission planning.
- Contribute to the formation of the aurora via particle incidence in the atmosphere when the magnetic field directs them towards the poles.
In short: they act as a magnetic shield and particle layer around the Earth that both protects and creates space weather effects.
The inner belt of the Van Allen belt contains protons with energies typically around 10–50 MeV (Megaelectronvolts) and electrons of hundreds of keV (kiloelectronvolts).
The outer belt, which is much larger than the inner one, consists mostly of electrons with energies usually between 10 keV and 1 MeV.
The outer belts in particular are strongly affected by geomagnetic storms.
Due to peculiarities in the Earth’s magnetic field, the inner belt reaches particularly low latitudes over the South Atlantic. This area is called the South Atlantic Magnetic Anomaly and passing through it can give satellites at low altitude a large part of their total radiation dose.
The high radiation levels in the radiation belts pose a risk to electronics on board spacecrafts. Therefore, satellites are kept away from this area.

That the Cabal (Deep State), Illuminati, Intelligence via MK-Ultra (mind control), Remote Viewing, satellite surveillance, bribery, threats and violence, are trying to prevent messengers (envoys) from higher developed civilizations who are here to expose falsehood and spread information of truth. This prevents earthly man from achieving higher consciousness and freedom. The Deep State infiltrates religious organizations and New Age organizations who thereby spread false information and untruths.
The Cabal wants to prevent scalar waves, plasma energy, information from higher developed extraterrestrial civilizations and extraterrestrial spaceships from entering Earth’s orbit. This low-frequency Van Allen shield has also been adjusted by negatively minded Annunaki, Draconians and Orion-minded beings, to keep the Earth and its inhabitants in a kind of quarantine, and thereby be able to monitor, control and enslave Earthly man.
Therefore, all extraterrestrial interference in the fate of the Earth has been prevented. Likewise, all extraterrestrial presence has been dismissed and classified from the public.
Longitudinal neutral scalar waves have nothing to do with the EMF “low frequency” transverse electromagnetic radiation waves that the Van Allen belt consists of.
To think of scalar energy is to flirt with the ineffable.

Any conversation about scalar energy must begin with Nikola Tesla. He was misunderstood and underestimated in his time, but he single-handedly ushered in a new era of physics and the art of the possible.
Nikola Tesla’s greatest achievement, his work with scalar energy fields, occurred a century ago. Yet it is only recently, in the 21st century, that the full scope and scale of this work has been recognized.
Among others, Professor Konstantin Meyl in Physics in Germany developed scalar wave technology within health and to be able to operate households, cars, boats, trains, etc., with this energy.
The person who in 2024 has been recognized for his Scalar Wave Technology within health and inner resource development is the Physicist Dan Winter in the USA.
Scalar fields are everywhere in the universe. These were once called “Ether“, and today “Plasma“. They constitute the subtle form of our biochemical form. All living things within the diversity of creation consist of plasma, both as life energy and carriers of source code and information from extraterrestrial worlds.
Dana Kippel in the USA writes in her over 600 page book: “Plasma Consciousness – A New Force” – that without plasma energy, scalar wave energy, no life can exist within the Multiverse.
This invisible immeasurable energy field is practically omnipresent. Unlike electromagnetic fields, scalar fields have no charge and are therefore called neutral energy – zero point energy.
Like subatomic neutrino particles, scalar energy is believed to travel faster than light. According to the “UNIFIER”, Dr. Sandor Markus in Sweden, light does not travel. It is constant because the entire creation “the Multiverse” is in “constant activity”. It is our 3D mind via its 5 senses (sight, hearing, touch, smell, taste) that tricks us into believing otherwise.
It is believed that scalar energy can pass through anything without losing strength. Every moment every day, scalar energy enters the Earth and passes out the other side, without any noticeable loss of energy. Scalar energy is believed to be the strongest energy known and overrides all other energies by canceling out EMF, emotional negativity, residual energies, cellular memories, imbalances, misaligned chakras, etc., leaving a clean space that allows for increased focus and concentration, healing, rejuvenation, and thought processes.
This clean space is perfect for imprinting information.
The existence of scalar energy fields was first proven by Tesla’s experiments. He believed that scalar energy held the promise of clean, free, and sustainable energy for all of humanity.
Thomas Edison and the titans of commerce advocated electromagnetic energy. These people only saw money. With unimaginable profits, the idea of free energy was ruthlessly suppressed altogether.
Like so much of Nikola Tesla’s work for humanity, his secrets died with him in a New York City hotel room in 1943. There, he was assassinated by two German agents, despite protection from the FBI.
The Van Allen Belt Has Been Adjusted by Extraterrestrial Negative Entities

It should also be mentioned that the Van Allen Belt has been adjusted by extraterrestrial negative entities to prevent high frequency energy and information from reaching the people of Earth.
That is what the “Unifier” meant when he mentioned that all information that comes to the public’s attention about extraterrestrial life is colored by what the CABAL, CIA, NSA, GRU, FSB, MI-6, and other authorities (controllers), media present to the public.
Only a few envoys (mouthpieces of various kinds) that exist on Earth have access to uncolored source information.
All types of sectarianism (philosophical, political, religious, scientific, etc.) are based on speculation and distortion of information.
The longitudinal 0-point energy, or (neutral) scalar wave energy, does not work that way. It is primarily a life-sustaining energy for all manifested life within the Multiverse (the diversity of creation) and also an information carrier from the 1st Source (Original Source) library, database.
This 0-point energy is called by many people on Earth by various names, e.g. GOD and is worshipped.
Regardless of which human species or planetary system they originate from, only a few of them have communication with their oversoul (the drop of the prime or original source). Instead, they have access to only their mind-related information and abilities, which has to do with the creative energy of form (electromagnetism).
Neither earthly nor extraterrestrial beings can receive higher qualitative information “consciously” from the prime source. In that case, they must be in resonance (symbiosis) with the scalar wave-based plasma energy and information.
In this way, the earthly civilization is not yet mature in terms of consciousness for higher quality soul-based knowledge, than their (electromagnetic) mind-based outer plasma (etheric) field allows them to take part in.
Therefore, the entire New Age philosophy is colored by disinformation from the mind’s interpretation and distortion, regardless of which planetary system or human species we originate from.
The lower we are on the hierarchical scale, the more the authenticity of the source – the soul source is distorted.
Note: We cannot strive for a harmonious individual and collective state as long as we carry grudge, discord, distrust, suspicion, lack of empathy, hostility, disinterest, lovelessness within ourselves.
A Radio or TV channel cannot receive the right information in the form of image, text or sound if it is tuned to the wrong channel. The same goes for us humans on Earth, or outside of Earth.
The Sender and Receiver must be in resonance for the information transfer to take place.
Here we have a good example where the news media in Sweden is controlled by the Bonnier family. They write, broadcast, convey false, fake propaganda information to the public, while instead you can get source information from other sources that tell the truth that consists of opposing stories.
The Bonnier Family Foundation has 2500 employed journalists who largely write distorted (fake) false information to the public and only convey what they are told to convey. Otherwise, the journalists are fired or threatened.
Our saying is: While the lie has reached all the way to Baghdad (in Iraq), the truth is still looking for its sandals.

Therefore, we only have sources (channels) in our doings that stick to reality (the truth) as closely as possible!
Extraterrestrial based “Soul-related Cosmic Information”
This type of information is very limited to only a few envoys on Earth. To be an envoy for source knowledge, many lifetimes of experience (incarnations) are required not only on Earth, but from many galaxies, solar systems and planets.
In a dualistic “Multiverse”, experience is required from both the neutral, positive and negative parts of creation. This can mean several incarnations in different kinds of realities.
In some cases, an Oversoul fragment can take on one single form with complete contact with the source of creation. This has previously occurred mainly in India. No such Master figure has been incarnated or has had any prominent role in the Western world.

On the other hand, there have been many teachers of various kinds even in the Western world who have worked on different levels of consciousness (called timelines) simultaneously, or have taken over an existing subtle or biological body for a special mission. At the same time, they have in their incarnations maintained their focus consciously or subconsciously on the source knowledge itself, both that which concerns the idea part itself and that which concerns the manifested (form-related) part of creation.
