How do you know if what you are experiencing is reality or illusion?

That’s a reasonable question?
Every time you introduce a new tool, environment or statement into your life, your expectation can shape perception through speculation or assertion.
The mind is a powerful and reliable instrument!
Attention alone can amplify subtle changes.
So how do you tell the difference?
First, context often feels stabilizing, not exciting.
Suggestion often produces peaks, a noticeable change that fades when attention is shifted elsewhere.
- Coherence feels calmer
- Less dramatic
- More sustainable
Secondly, context often manifests itself in regulation.
Sleep becomes more consistent. Focus stabilizes rather than the feeling of roller coasters. Reactivity softens rather than turns into stimulation.
Suggestion, on the other hand, often mirrors your expectations.
If you expect intensity, you look for intensity.
If you expect something mysterious, you will interpret neutral sensations as meaningful.
Coherence needs no interpretation. It manifests itself in patterns.
Another way to observe this is through neutrality.
If you forget that it is part of the whole/unity and experience resonance in your basic feeling, it is often a stronger signal than an immediate reaction.
The goal is not to convince yourself of the event itself. It is to observe without forcing an explanation.
Self-organization manifests itself over time.
It is less about what you feel in the moment and more about how your basic view gradually changes.
Suddenly your days start to become calmer, your sleep improves. You have fewer negative, destructive thoughts or feelings that appear. Your attention, patience increases and improves gradually.
These shifts cannot be faked or questioned.
And these states, experiences are difficult to create through mere speculation.
Coherence is not about chasing sensations, experiences.
It is about observing (becoming aware of patterns, changes).
This is something that we clarified within the AIC from the beginning that few today are aware of.
The message of Light emanates from the Nordic countries (Sweden), which Seers have long spoken of to be done through the Unifier. Already at the beginning of the 1990s, 3 books were published via AIC, “From Barbarism to Superconsciousness” – “The Matrix Reality” and “Satan is the Man of Today”.
Only a few of the hundreds of Messengers who in a larger context originate from the USA, where they have chosen to incarnate, have any idea, knowledge of what is happening, going on behind the scenes.
The USA has sold out the entire population of the earth to Nazi philosophers and negative GREY extraterrestrial entities (beings) from ORION during the 1950s, for cheap technology, in order to control the population of the earth in its entirety.
The New Age movement in turn is completely convinced that what they channel, convey, originates from higher dimensional worlds, realities or beings.
The UNIFIER (Enaren) from the Nordics (Sweden) has previously informed that the majority of the NEW AGE movement, with few exceptions, is infiltrated and controlled by egocentric, negative extraterrestrial entities (beings), Federations and their earthly allies who are called CABAL, Illuminati, Intelligence Organizations, Authorities, Political, Religious as well as Traditional Scientific mouthpieces of various kinds.
What has been published and conveyed so far in modern times by traditional and non-traditional information channels with few exceptions is untruth, propaganda, “fake”.
Journalists – Informants – Spokespersons of various kinds are bought by negative – satanic groups, which since World War II have controlled the entire development on planet Earth. They have quarantined Terra (Earth) after World War II, when the NAZIS in collaboration with GREY extraterrestrial entities (beings) via NASA, CIA, NSA took over command of the Earth, without humanity’s knowledge.
They began to spread fabricated and censored (controlled) information about what would free people from oppression, slavery and control. They have misled all the gullible who are searching for the truth.
Covid-19 was one of the first attempts to remove about 90% of humanity. This failed.
The next Chess Move is: War and AI, which makes man a “Soulless – Intellectual Robot”, completely isolated from its true natural original identity and reunion with its Soul Family.
Whether it will be possible to implement, the future will tell.
Van Allen Belt
The Van Allen belt has been created by negative Gray extraterrestrial entities (hybrid beings) from ORION and their Draconian employers to prevent the entry and exit of extraterrestrial crafts and their crews, that lack permission and censorship from the “Inter-Galactic Federation” and their sub-federations that extend all the way to the supervision and control of earthly ruling governments.
This will be further strengthened through the increased influence of AI on Earth.
The frequency barrier via the Van Allen belt consists of ELF (Extremely Low Frequency) electromagnetic transverse waves to prevent unauthorized extraterrestrial crafts and their crews from entering Earth’s orbit and from there back into space. And further to prevent information of a different quality to reach the earthly civilization, that could benefit them.
Thereby, the negative beings try to control and censor all information from higher developed civilizations to earthly beings, who have reached a higher qualitative consciousness and thereby could counteract incorrect (distorted – censored) information to those who, via channeling or otherwise, seek the truth about the diversity of the Multiverse.
Only a limited consciousness that does not extend further than the elementary level can keep earthly civilization under slavery and control – regardless of who their slave drivers are.
A large part of the information that is spread today within New Age movements and by their messengers is, with few exceptions, untrue, censored and infiltrated information.
Control of the earthly civilization and the frequency barrier (Van Allan Belt) leads to the fact that new thoughts cannot enter or exit.
New beings (envoys) mean new thoughts, ideas, which in turn contribute to changes in existing structures. Power and control cannot then be maintained. What if beings are born who think in other ways?! How then could a power-hungry leader control such beings? It would not work. The best way for controlling entities is then to keep new consciousness streams locked in quarantine. In this way, Cosmic Federations, like earthly ones, have their own chronicles fixed.
Frequency-blocked consciousness planes
The Van Allen Barrier prevents the emergence of higher conscious groups
A frequency barrier means that consciousness planes are blocked. Actually, you could say that it is time that is filtered. The Van Allen Barrier prevents extraterrestrial groups from finding Earth, those who travel through space, dimension and time.
Dimension and time are different types of frequencies….reality or illusion for you?
Certain Federation information cannot reach Earth because other Federations (Councils) want to have a monopoly on the souls on Earth. These federations want to maintain their world religions, philosophies and control and not let in competitors.
In the multiverse there are completely independent creations that cannot find their way here.
It is difficult to explain how it is perceived from their point of view.
The frequency lock can block a certain dimension, a certain time so that they cannot meet intelligent, self-aware life on the planet, if they find it at all.
Some extraterrestrial groups have created their own alternative source in the absence of the real one.
Many are or have been completely unaware of the existence of the 1st Source, the Original Source, the Soul Source (GOD). This is only mentioned in myths, legends, chronicles, etc. Is this reality or illusion to you?
