Transcendental Meditation was started by Maharashi. The purpose was for practitioners to be able to relax and eliminate stress and to solve social and family problems more easily. Practitioners notice that there are a lot of energy blockages that cannot be removed with TM.

Start meditating transcendental meditation technique is based on the practitioner activating all the body’s chakras (energy vortexes) gradually. In the human chakras, all experiences are stored, which have been acquired during countless lives on this planet. In the two lowest chakras, very coarse energy structures are stored. These are connected to violence, to being exploited and exploit as well as astral distorted information and total captivity in the third dimension. Information through this filter we call our reality on earth.
The third chakra from the bottom holds information about power games of various kinds. The fourth chakra (heart chakra) can be said to contain slightly lighter energy blockages, which can, however, constitute very strong obstacles for the person during their training on an upward spiral of development.
Only by focusing on the forehead chakra can balance be created and all problems removed without problems arising. Transcendental meditation, where all chakras are to be cleansed with the help of mantras, means that we must gradually confront our problems to varying degrees. The process takes a long time and obstacles will be encountered. Many cannot bear to continue the process and give up. Transcendental meditation does not connect any stronger purifying energy current to the consciousness. This means that the vast majority of practitioners do not perceive the gentle persistent etheric noise, also called the sound stream. This makes the process slow and stressful for the practitioner.
If you look at it in terms of development, you can say that man first descended to earth a few thousand years ago to be confronted with the third dimensional reality. You can compare the whole process to man descending into a valley. The person is then currently on the descent side, hopefully a bit from the bottom of the valley…
…the bottom of the valley then symbolizes total degeneration in terms of consciousness. To start meditating Transcendental Meditation, a practitioner thus gradually activates all of his chakras at his position, which to some extent can be compared to climbing down to the bottom of the valley before the person begins to climb up of it. One may ask what a practitioner is supposed to do at the bottom. The process takes a long time and the practitioner will confront a lot of inner problems.
We know that a standard person has an enormous accumulation of energy blockages. This reservoir is not at all visible to the average individual. The person lives in his problems and cannot see the situation from the outside. As a comparison, it can be said that “man cannot see the forest for the trees”. People identify with their problems and see them as part of themselves. We must reach a fifth-dimensional cosmic quantum consciousness to rise above the forest and be able to see all mind matter from the outside. When this happens, we have individually burned down our own entire forest and see the mind matter of others, other people’s forests.
Using Transcendental Meditation involves risks, because when the various chakras are activated, the practitioner will be confronted with problems. These are all connected to the astral plane in one way or another. Without a competent teacher, a practitioner is in danger. When energy structures are activated, lower-quality astral beings will try to mislead the practitioner in one way or another.
The energy blockage that the practitioner is currently trying to work away always has its counterpart in terms of energy and resonance, somewhere in the astral regions of the fourth dimension. As a practitioner, we don’t see these beings. We should not expose ourselves to unnecessary risks. For example, a person who regularly drinks a lot of alcohol always has beings around him. These have left their earthly bodies and are trying to influence humans to drink more often. This is because these low-quality astral beings believe that they can satisfy a little of their own desires.
